We also process workspace content such as clients, projects, tasks, time entries, rates, reports, invitations, and settings, together with limited device, browser, and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• Provide time tracking, reporting, collaboration, and organization management features.
• Authenticate users, enforce permissions, prevent abuse, and protect accounts.
• Send invitations, account notices, and service-related communications.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and usability of orasi.app.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and valid requests.

Service providers and sharing

We use trusted providers to run the service, including Neon for authentication and database infrastructure, Vercel for application hosting, Google for optional sign-in, and Mailjet for transactional email. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services. We do not sell your personal information.

Workspace owners and authorized administrators can access information within the organizations they manage. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or the public.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account or organization is active and as reasonably necessary for security, backup, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update many account and workspace details within orasi.app. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to workspace ownership, contractual, security, and legal requirements. You can also disconnect Google sign-in from your Google Account settings.

International processing and children

Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate and may be subject to local laws. orasi.app is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
