Using orasi.app

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Organizations and administrators

Organization owners and administrators control membership, permissions, projects, and workspace data. If you join an organization, its authorized administrators may access and manage information associated with your work account. An organization is responsible for its users, its instructions to orasi.app, and its lawful use of employee or contractor information.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant orasi.app the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to operate the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to provide it.

Acceptable use

• Do not access accounts or data without authorization.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or introduce malicious code.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to resell or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep orasi.app reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control. We may modify features and will provide reasonable notice when a material change requires user action.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Disclaimers and liability

Reports, time records, invoices, and exports should be reviewed before being used for payroll, billing, tax, legal, or compliance decisions.
